Huawei had a tough time with the US government; however, they are still one of the most exciting smartphone manufacturers to launch new flagships yearly. This year, the Chinese company is all set for the Huawei P60.

The device already went on sale in China, but according to the early reports, P60 may also be launched globally (outside of the US). Here’s what we know about the Huawei P60 release date.

The release date for the Huawei P60 has already passed in China, but what about for those of us around the rest of the world? We inspect both the Chinese and global release dates for the Huawei P60. Huawei has already unveiled the P60 series, including the Huawei P60, in the Chinese market on March 23rd, 2023. The devices are available for purchase as of March 30th 2023. But if you’re outside of China, then the waiting game has begun.

We’re still awaiting the P60 global release date, even following a recent launch event – which GSMArena scouted out ahead of time. This event went ahead as planned on May 9th, but we only saw the global launch of the P60 Pro and Huawei Mate X3 foldable. The good news is that some media are already reporting that the P60 is available in the UK, but it will not be releasing in the US or Australia.

This is the China-only price, Huawei may change the price for its global customers.

Will there be a Huawei P60 Pro?

Yes, there is a Huawei P60 Pro already released in China, as well as the Huawei P60 Art – which serves as the highest-end model in the range. These had a staggered release with a week between them, with the P60 Art being the final to release in China on April 7th. We may be seeing the same staggered release worldwide, but things aren’t looking great for the Art.

The P60 Pro has indeed been released globally, and the mobile is available directly from Huawei in both the UK and Europe. Reports suggest that further regions gain access to the phone on 22nd May, though the US probably isn’t included.
