Thanks to the fact that the additional coupon brings it back down to its lowest-ever price, we have to say that the OLED G93SC is great value for money. The dual QHD resolution and large 49-inch screen size paired with rapid 0.03ms response time and high 240Hz refresh rate is just about as good as it gets for immersion.
There are actually two versions of the OLED G9, the counterpart to this one being the G95SC – which is largely the same, plus smart TV and gaming hub features which introduce a price hike. That being said, at the time of writing it is also $1,099.99 on Amazon, though it lacks the extra $100 coupon to drop it down further. If you aren’t interested in using your monitor as a smart TV or a hub for cloud gaming, then it makes much more sense to buy the ‘dumbed-down’ G93SC.
