Payday 3 has had one of the most challenging launches we have seen in a long time. Issues still plague the game almost a week after it’s full release. The server issues with Payday 3 have been so prevalent, that the stocks of Starbreeze, the Payday 3 developer, have plummeted by more than 20% in the last few days.

Players continue to express their distaste for the server issues that Payday 3 continues to face, with some players calling for an offline mode, and others just damning the game altogether. It looked like the server issues for Payday 3 were improving at one point, however, that improvement seemed short-lived.

Sarbreeze stocks dip by 20% after unsuccessful Payday 3 launch.

Any company knows that the value of its stocks and shares is paramount to its success, so it seems there will be a lot of headaches at Starbreeze over the next few weeks. This is where the stocks for Starbreeze currently lay:

The big dip you see comes after the launch of Payday 3, and it may even get worse yet, with some users on Reddit celebrating the drop in the value of Sarbreeze, hoping it will teach the developer a lesson.

And as we all know, Reddit made big moves on the stock market a couple of years back with GameStop, so we certainly know what the website and its collective community are capable of.

Starbreeze needs to address the issues that still face Payday 3 players 5 days after its launch. I, personally, have managed to play one single game of Payday 3 since it launched. one game. Other than that, I have just been meant with the matchmaking screen and errors.

If you ask me, it should be pulled from all platforms until it is fixed the fact that this game is still being sold in the state that it is in is very alarming, and the 20% stock hit reflects that.
