Jagex is back with the latest RuneScape patch notes. The game is going through a lull, especially with us looking at the tail end of the recent arena content. In this new edition of the patch notes, several balance changes and general fixes are coming to the game. Some upcoming community events can get those invested in the game busy, such as the Elite Dungeons stream, which you can catch on January 26.

RuneScape patch notes January 24 highlights

Some of the main features of the new RuneScape patch notes focus on fixing up the remaining buggy areas of the recent Het’s Oasis update. The core of this section details that the tablets of Het have crumbled to dust, signifying the end of the tablets. However, for those who are using features of the recent update,e you’ll be pleased to know that the Volcanic Trppaer, Hunter Trapper and Collector’s insignia have new features. The Hunter Trapper now provides a teleport to the Oasis’ Scarab Pools, while the Collector’s Insignia now works on the Oasis training course. Lastly, the Volcanic Trapper double loot perk works on collecting Scaraba Hatchlings.

In addition to these item changes, there are some new features occurring over at Het’s. The like of the features include modifications to achievements and stat collection. The Dundee Crocodile upgrades now offer automatic looting after 2,500 scarabs you catch, along with the achievements automatically triggering it if you have already reached that feat. Moreso, the kill count of the Duellist Hat is getting stats on it per your activity in the Arena. It’s something to wear proudly or hide in shame.

Also, if you’re massively into boss battles, then you’ll be pleased to know that the beast tab has got new tactic updates that were missing on many of the game’s bosses. Those big kills like The Ambassador, Astellarn, Black Stone Dragon, and more.

There are plenty of changes, bug fixes, and other useful tidbits in the latest RuneScape 3 patch notes. If you’re interested, you can see the full patch notes here. Also, Jagex mentioned it is working on some big patches soon. If you’re looking for brand new content, then the next few weeks may surprise you.
