According to the official Marvel website, and this Twitter post, Spider Man 2 pre orders go live on June 16th, 2023. This will be available on the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, or a range of other retailers. As for an exact time, pre orders go live at 10am, at your local time.
So, no matter which edition you opt for, you can get these pre-order bonuses pretty soon. We assume pre-orders will be available from June 16th, all the way up until the release date on October 20th.
