If you’re looking for Apple Vision Pro pre order details or where to buy the Apple Vision Pro upon its release, then we’ve got all the details you need. The Apple Vision Pro release date for the US market has been officially confirmed by Apple, and it’s only a few weeks away. It seems the rest of the world will have to wait longer to get their hands on it, but they may be able to buy from a US store and have it delivered.
Regardless, we’ve listed below the various places where you’ll almost certainly be able to buy this ground-breaking device (these are the same retailers that always sell Apple products), along with a bit more information. Normally new Apple products first release on the Apple store, then on Amazon, and finally on the sites of other retailers, so we expect the same will be true for the Apple Vision Pro.
Can you pre order Apple Vision Pro headsets?
Apple have confirmed in their recent press release (on the 1st of Jan), that ‘Pre-orders for Apple Vision Pro begin Friday, January 19, at 5 a.m. PST’. This equates to 8AM EST, 1PM GMT, 2PM CET, 3PM EEST, 6:30PM IST, 9PM CST.
Once again this is just for the Apple US online store. It’s not clear whether customers from other countries will easily be able to pre-order the product via the US store and have it delivered overseas. Delivery for US customers at least should be on the same day as the official release – February 2nd.
Will there be an Apple Vision Pro pre order bonus?
Sadly there’s been no mention of any kind of pre order discount or bonus when it comes to the Apple Vision Pro. This is pretty typical of the company across all their products, with Apple very rarely doing any kind of price reduction offers for their new devices. If you don’t want to pay the full asking price (it’s not a cheap product after all) then we’d advise waiting until the Black Friday – Christmas sales period later in 2024, however there’s no guarantee you’ll see much in the way of deals on it even then.

Will the Apple Vision Pro sell out?
There is an expectation among tech commenters such as Ming-Chi Kuo, a respected tech expert when it comes to Apple products, that the Apple Vision Pro may indeed sell out despite its high asking price. This is the hope of investor’s in the company at least – if it doesn’t happen then it may point to a lack of demand for such a premium product, which would not bode well for the company.
Stocks will replenish but their could be an initial shortage, so if you don’t buy yours’ quickly you could be forced to wait a while.
How much is the Apple Vision Pro?
Apple has confirmed that the starting price for the Apple Vision Pro is $3,499.
This is for the entry-level loadout with 256GB of storage – more storage plus additional accessories will lead to a higher price tag.
