The latest title in the hellish Diablo franchise from Blizzard, Diablo IV takes players back to Sanctuary to journey across the land and defeat the hateful Lilith, Mother of Sanctuary.

You’re going to need a lot of items to survive, including crafting materials like Fiend Roses and Gallowvine, and of course, the strongest gear and weapons to make it through the high World Tiers and Nightmare Dungeons.

These are the best weapons in Diablo IV that you can get to slaughter the monsters and demons you’ll face as you travel.

Diablo 4 – best weapons for each class

The best weapon in the game is going to depend on which of the five classes you are playing; Necromancer, Druid, Rogue, Barbarian, and Sorcerer. Each class has its own weapon that we consider the best, and these weapons are:

  • Necromancer – Bloodless Scream
  • Druid – Waxing Gibbous
  • Rogue – Windforce
  • Barbarian – Ancients’ Oath
  • Sorcerer – Staff of Endless Rage

These rare weapons with fantastic item power are going to be the best you can get for passive skills and direct damage. Pair these unique items with the best Rogue, Druid, Sorcerer, Barbarian, and Necromancer builds, and plenty of other gear like Legendary gloves, helm, boots, amulets, and other armor, and you can’t go wrong.

The Bloodless Scream is a Unique Two-Handed Scythe that is the perfect choice for Necromancers focusing on the Darkness Skill, for which this weapon does an impressive amount of damage. It also comes with significant damage for Chilled and Frozen enemies, and you can generate more Essence against those enemies while using it. One of the best parts is being able to recover some of your Base Life while using it and increased Lucky Hit chance. This scythe is the best of the best for Necromancers.

The Waxing Gibbous for Druids is a Unique Axe that has an impressive skill: it prevents enemies from targeting the player wielding it. It’s best to use when transforming into a Werewolf, as you’ll gain bonus Stealth, and your damage dealt from the weapon increases. Once you break Stealth, you are guaranteed critical strike damage, too.

The Windforce is a Unique Bow that is one of the best weapons overall in the game, regardless of class. The bow will increase the Strength, Dexterity, Willpower, and Intelligence stats of the Rogue carrying it, and boosts up all damage from a Rogue’s Core skills. With its damage able to knock enemies back, this will keep them far away for this incredible distance weapon. Perfect for any Rogue builds.

The Ancients’ Oath is a Unique Two-Handed Axe for Barbarians not only just increases the damage dealt, but also the movement speed and attack speed of the player carrying it. Healthy enemies will be particularly vulnerable to attacks, although this weapon is incredible for both healthy and weak enemies. Barbarians on berserk will also get increased damage, making this axe deadly no matter the circumstances.

Finally, the Staff of Endless Rage for Sorcerers not only has a cool name but is the best crowd control weapon that can be found in-game. This Unique Staff can deal a huge amount of damage to multiple enemies at once when a skill is cast, making it perfect for swarms of monsters. It comes with the bonus of basic skills being boosted, creating the perfect storm for any Sorcerer. The Fireball skill is also increased in speed, making it difficult for enemies to dodge.
