Square Enix has added plenty to the game to keep you occupied. If you want to search for items, you will typically need to track down notorious marks hidden throughout the large world. This guide will show you where to get Electrum in Final Fantasy 16.
How to get Electrum in Final Fantasy 16
To get Electrum in Final Fantasy 16, you must track down the Notorious Mark named Severian. This strange being appears after you have progressed far enough in the game to have reached the new hideaway.
Check the Hunt Board until you see Severian appear. Severian can be found in Sorrowise. This location is in Rosaria to the west of Martha’s Rest. Use the Martha’s Rest Obelisk as the fast travel point to get close to the enemy.
From Martha’s Rest, head west and go down the elevator into the swampland area known as Sorrowise. Follow the northern path in the area and you will run into Severian. You will get a short cutscene when this creature appears.
Severian is a fairly tough foe that will take some time to defeat. Make sure you have plenty of potions and take a Stoneskin Tonic or two to help raise your defense. Watch out for Severian’s plasma blades as these will do a lot of damage. Once the enemy is defeated, you will get Electrum.
Electrum can be used in crafting back at the Hideaway. Talk to Blackthorne to use the Electrum to craft the Dragonslayer’s Belt. You can also use Eelctrum to upgrade the item.
