As a result, players have wondered if they can refund their accounts. By refunding them, they’d receive money back and give up all of their cosmetic items.

Instead of providing refunds for Fortnite accounts, Epic Games has to pay $245 million in refunds to players who performed unwanted Item Shop purchases. How to refund Fortnite accounts

No, you can not refund your entire Fortnite account. Unfortunately, due to the recent FTC ruling, many players believe it is possible to refund their entire account. However, this is not possible. Only those who fall under the proper criteria will qualify for a specific refund for unwanted purchases on their Fortnite account. If you do not fall within these criteria, you cannot get a refund.

However, thankfully, if you are one of the individuals who fall within this criteria, you can get a refund if you apply. Players, parents, or guardians can apply for a refund by following the instructions. However, you must be at least older than 18 years old to complete the claim.

Of course, you will still be able to have a normal refund for cosmetic items you have bought in the Item Shop. You can use your Return Tickets to return items purchased from the Fortnite Item Shop. However, you will only have three Return Tickets. So, while you cannot refund your entire account, certain items can be refunded, provided it is within the timeframe.
