Sunswoon Lagoon is a new place in Fortnite that was released for the Summer Escape event. The location is very important since many event quests need to be completed there.

While the latest Fortnite update hasn’t brought massive map changes, adding Sunswoon Lagoon in Fortnite is certainly a great move. This landmark looks fantastic and is the right choice for the summer event.

This article will explain where you can find the new location in the video game.

How to visit Sunswoon Lagoon in Fortnite?

Sunswoon Lagoon is located in the jungle biome. This biome has been very popular over the past few weeks since Epic Games released it with Chapter 4 – Season 3. The new Fortnite location is located just west of Creeky Compound and north of Rumble Ruins.

If you haven’t played the game yet, the new location will be grayed out on the map. To reveal it, you will have to visit it, either by landing there or by going through Sunswoon Lagoon in the match. Considering that the new landmark is located very close to the center of the map, it’s almost impossible not to spot it.

Four different Fortnite Summer Escape quests need to be completed at Sunswoon Lagoon. Each quest grants 30,000 XP, meaning that it’s possible to level up almost twice from them.

Here are the quests that need to be completed at the new location:

  • Ride wildlife to Sunswoon Lagoon
  • Use a launchpad at Sunswoon Lagoon
  • Slide distance at Sunswoon Lagoon
  • Swim distance at Sunswoon Lagoon

Considering that more than 10% of the new quests require players to visit the new spot, we expect Sunswoon Lagoon to be one of the most popular locations over the next two weeks. The Summer Escape event will end on July 18.
