Blizzard’s hellish action series Diablo is back with the latest entry in the franchise, Diablo IV. Fans have been enjoying the open world of Sanctuary that’s ripe for exploring.

There are plenty of weapons and gear to get your character ready to combat the demons and monsters that lurk in the open world of Sanctuary, as well as the leveling system to get your stats higher. The Paragon Trees are one of those leveling systems.

Paragon points (brought over from Diablo Immortal) will be essential in the end game, so what’s the best way to get them? How do you get paragon points fast? That’s what we’re here to show you.

How to get paragon points in Diablo 4

Paragon points will be earned in the endgame by leveling up your character after you hit level 50 – with paragon levels – and you’ll get four points per level for reward. Because level 100 is the max level in the paragon system, there’s a total of 200 paragon points you can earn.

Leveling up to the level cap is the only way to obtain paragon points, so leveling up your character’s paragon level fast after is going to be the key to getting your paragon points as fast as you can. Leveling fast can be done daily in a few ways:

  • Complete any dungeons you come across
  • Defeat any enemies and boss fights you run into in PvE
  • Complete any side quests you find
  • Be in a party
  • Fight other adventurers in PvP on the Fields of Hatred
  • Complete bounties for Whispers of the Dead

For the dungeons, enemies, and side quests, make sure that you do these steps while you are traveling throughout the game’s story progression. Don’t go hunting them down because it can be a waste of time, but don’t ignore them when you find them. They’re a great way to earn bonus XP while you’re already playing the game, and not completing them can limit how quickly you level, especially early in the game to speed up getting to paragon levels.

You can replay Nightmare Dungeons an infinite number of times, so once you’ve found the best dungeons for leveling up and looting, continue to play those over and over for a better chance.

Being in a party earns you much EXP, and even just standing near other players while they’re grinding can grant it, so always try to play with friends or buddy up with other people you come across, as this will give you a pretty big XP boost.

Tips for getting paragon points fast

While there’s no quick hack or trick to easily get paragon points by leveling, these tips will help you get your 200 points a lot faster. The best beginner tip we can give is to just play the game at your own pace, as the player’s performance is the only determining factor in receiving more points. Continue to log on for consecutive days to make sure you’re playing each day to reach the max paragon level quicker.

You can then use these points in the respective paragon talent tree, or paragon board. These points can then be put into different nodes for both offense and defense, for dexterity, movement speed, attack speed, and other specialization skills. Using paragon points is essential for building a character’s power.
