Star Wars has always been a property of Lucas Films until it the franchise was bought by Disney back in 2012. Since then, there have been various deals struck by companies, allowing more Star Wars content like comic books, movies, and video games to be made. Respawn Entertainment is one of the few companies that has been contracted to make Star Wars games, releasing the first one back in 2019. Nearly four years later, Jedi Survivor is set to release. Respawn Entertainment created the original story of Cal Kestis back in 2019 with the release of Jedi: Fallen Order. This game was heralded as one of the best Star Wars games ever created and is still a beloved title four years later. The game was so popular that it sparked the creation of Star Wars Jedi Survivor which is set to release at the end of April this year.
The game will come available in three different versions; standard, deluxe, and collector’s. Each version offers benefits depending on which one you choose. Just like with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Jedi Survivor is indeed being published by EA. This game marks the end of the exclusivity contract that EA has with LucasFilm and will be the final Star Wars game that they publish unless a new contract is forged.

Despite this being the final game in the series, it is sure to be a tale that nobody will soon forget.
