When it comes to weapon choices in Jedi Survivor, you actually have quite a full list of weapons. While they all are centered around using here Lightsaber, each different weapon stance involves an entirely different form of Lightsaber that makes it feel like a different weapon. Of course, picking a weapon type will greatly change how you handle most combat encounters. With that said, let’s go over all the different weapons you can use as Cal in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Full Weapon List For Jedi Survivor

While Cal’s main weapon is the Lightsaber, he does wield it in many different forms or stances throughout the game. For the most part, these stances are unlocked as you progress through the main missions of the game. So if you want to unlock a stand that you don’t have yet, just keep pushing through the story until you get it. Here are all the different stances you will get as you progress.

Single Blade Saber

The classic way of fighting with a Lightsaber that we often see. Many Jedi choose to fight this way as it allows a free hand to use Force power like pushing and pulling, while still keeping your saber ready to strike. Cal comes with this right out of the gate, so you don’t need to work to unlock this stance.

Dual Blade Staber

This is the iconic stance that Cal’s master taught him and was locked for most of the original Fallen Order. This was a more acrobatic stance in Fallen order and it maintains the same style in Jedi Survivor. However, you won’t need to wait as long to unlock this stance. Being handed to you as you progress through the opening area of Coruscant, you will be able to turn on both ends of Cal’s Lightsaber quite early on.

Dual Wield Sabers

The final stance of saber combat returning from Fallen Order is the Dual Wield stance. This stance has Cal pulling his double-bladed saber in half and holding a blade in each hand. This stance allows for instance damage output at the cost of defensive capabilities. With such a powerful stance, many will want to unlock the dual wield ability as soon as possible to increase their overall damage output.

Blaster and Saber

One of the two new stances for Jedi Survivor, we have the blaster and saber combo. Allowing Cal to hold his saber in one hand with a backup blaster in the other, this fluid stance combines slashing and shooting into one action. Despite having the ability to throw your lightsaber at most enemies, the blaster comes in handy dealing with ranged opponents that you just can’t get to in time.

Crossguard Saber

The final stance you unlock is quite possibly the one with the most power behind it. The heavy-handed crossguard stance has Cal’s Lightsaber extended and activates a crossguard similar to Kylo Ren’s saber. The longer Lightsaber is not just for show as Cal now swings it with two hands adding quite a bit of force to each hit. While this isn’t the fastest stance to use, the power behind each swing makes up for the slow speed at which they come out.

Those are the major weapons you can get for Cal to use throughout Jedi Survivor. There are still plenty of upgrades for each stance you can unlock through the vast skill trees each of them has.
