10) Matt Prater – 79 OVR

Matt Prater is a longtime veteran who knows how to kick the ball. He may not be in his prime anymore, but he’s still a very reliable option for extra points and field goals for the Arizona Cardinals. That goes a long way in a game like Madden 24. 

9) Kaimi Fairbairn – 79 OVR

Kaimi Fairbairn has become one of the most reliable and has one of the best player ratings on the Houston Texans. That doesn’t say much for their roster, but it does speak to the quality of the player. Fairbairn is a good kicker. 

8) Evan McPherson – 79 OVR

Evan McPherson would be much higher on this list if he hadn’t strangely gotten worse last year. In 2021, he nailed kick after kick- including two game-winners in the postseason (one to send the team to the Super Bowl). He was pretty rough in 2022 for the Cincinnati Bengals, but he should rebound and continue to climb this list. 

7) Younghoe Koo – 80 OVR

Younghoe Koo is one of the most recent kickers to find himself on this list. He burst onto the scene a couple of seasons ago, nailing any kicks for the Atlanta Falcons. In a day where most kickers are fairly unreliable, Koo is the opposite and found a home in Atlanta. 

6) Matt Gay – 80 OVR

Matt Gay is joining the Indianapolis Colts (from the Los Angeles Rams) this year and they are a team that has needed a kicker. They’ve been hard-pressed to find a good replacement for Adam Vinatieri, one of the best in NFL history. Gay should be good enough to help the team move forward. 

5) Jason Meyers – 80 OVR

Jason Meyers is one of the strongest kickers in Madden for the Seattle Seahawks. His accuracy can sometimes leave a bit to be desired, but he can go out and nail 60+ yard field goals better than a lot of his counterparts. If you need someone to hit a game-winning kick, Meyers is a good option. 

4) Jake Elliott – 81 OVR

Jake Elliott has quickly made a name for himself as one of the most reliable kickers in the game. Kicker has suddenly become quite the volatile position, with most teams changing kickers every few years. That’s not the case with Elliott and the Philadelphia Eagles. 

3) Daniel Carlson – 83 OVR

Daniel Carlson is one of the most well-rounded kickers out there. The Las Vegas Raiders kicker has good kick accuracy and good kick power without being the best at either one. That still makes him one of the most reliable kickers you can get in Madden. 

2) Graham Gano – 83 OVR

Graham Gano has one of the strongest legs in the entire league, so his Madden NFL 24 rating is very accurate. The New York Giants kicker’s kick power is among the best and he’s pretty accurate, too. On kickoffs, it is rare for him to not earn a touchback. 

1) Justin Tucker – 91 OVR

Justin Tucker may well be the best kicker in NFL history, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that the Baltimore Ravens star is the top-rated kicker in Madden by a wide margin. He kicks from further away and is more accurate than everyone else, so this was an easy one for the ratings.
