Rookies are pretty easy to develop in Madden 24. As long as you use them in franchise mode, they will earn XP and get better. Part of what makes the game so much fun is the fact that you can turn anyone into a star, even if they’re a bust in real life. For example, in our playthrough, we have developed Bryce Young to a 93 overall even though he’s not close to that in the real game. Development traits, or dev traits, help, so here are the rookie dev traits in Madden 24.
Which rookies have dev traits in Madden 24?
It’s not just rookies who can have these traits. All players can have them. It really depends on what Madden thinks of the player and whether or not they can become a good player. There are Superstar dev traits and Star dev traits. If a rookie has the former, then Madden believes they can be really good. If they have the latter, Madden NFL believes they’ll be pretty good.
The following players have Superstar traits from this year’s rookie class:
- QB Bryce Young – Carolina Panthers
- HB Bijan Robinson – Atlanta Falcons
- WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba – Seattle Seahawks
