In Madden 24, blocking is key. Good quarterbacks can avoid pressure, but it makes everything more difficult. Furthermore, running the ball is borderline impossible behind a bad offensive line. Whether it’s center, left guard, right guard, left tackle, or right tackle, these players are vital. Here are the best in the game right now.

Who are the best offensive linemen in Madden 24?

All ratings below were revealed by EA Sports’ official Madden NFL 24 rating page.

  1. Tristan Wirfs – 92 OVR
  2. Quenton Nelson – 92 OVR
  3. Joel Bitonio – 92 OVR
  4. Jason Kelce – 92 OVR
  5. Andrew Thomas – 92 OVR
  6. Chris Lindstrom – 93 OVR
  7. Laremy Tunsil – 95 OVR
  8. Trent Williams – 98 OVR
  9. Lane Johnson – 98 OVR
  10. Zack Martin – 99 OVR

10) Tristan Wirfs – 92 OVR

He’s not protecting Tom Brady anymore, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have one of the best tackles in the league. Tristan Wirfs is still very young, so an early top-10 rating means he’s only going to get better.

9) Quenton Nelson – 92 OVR

Quenton Nelson was considered the best offensive lineman in the entire game for a while. He’s no longer on that pedestal, but the Indianapolis Colts’ right guard remains one of the best blockers and an excellent choice in Madden.

8) Joel Bitonio – 92 OVR

Joel Bitonio is an amazing left guard (LG) for the Cleveland Browns. Their offense was a bit dysfunctional last year, but top-rated running back Nick Chubb ran behind Bitonio and others to a lot of success. That trend will likely continue this season and be viable in Madden NFL 24.

7) Jason Kelce – 92 OVR

Jason Kelce, by far the best center (C) in the game, is a big reason the Philadelphia Eagles nearly won the Super Bowl and why their rushing offense was so good. Kelce anchors it all from the middle of the line, blocking elite defensive tackles with ease and controlling the game. He’s an excellent option for Madden 24, too.

6) Andrew Thomas – 92 OVR

The New York Giants don’t have a great run-blocking line, but they do excel at keeping Daniel Jones safe in pass-blocking. Andrew Thomas, the star left tackle, is a big reason why. He’s one of the best blindside protectors out there and the Giants are lucky to have him.

5) Chris Lindstrom – 93 OVR

Chris Lindstrom comes in as the highest-rated interior lineman. The right guard (RG) for the Atlanta Falcons opened running lanes for a variety of running backs last year. Now, he’ll be a great assist to the highest-rated rookie in the game: Bijan Robinson.

4) Laremy Tunsil – 95 OVR

The Houston Texans brought in Laremy Tunsil, a 95 overall left tackle (LT), to protect rookie quarterback CJ Stroud. That makes them a very interesting choice for franchise mode. When it comes to bad, rebuilding teams, not many have as young a quarterback with as strong a protector as the Texans do.

3) Trent Williams – 98 OVR

The best tackle in football resides in San Francisco. The San Francisco 49ers are entrusting their dynamic rushing offense and whichever young quarterback they start (Trey Lance or Brock Purdy) to Trent Williams, and there’s hardly a better player to do that with. The left tackle will keep your Madden quarterback as safe as anybody.

2) Lane Johnson – 98 OVR

Lane Johnson is another big reason why the Eagles went to the Super Bowl and had one of the most dominant rushing attacks. The right tackle (RT) was instrumental in paving lanes for Miles Sanders and Jalen Hurts. The QB sneak they ran was nearly unstoppable thanks to Johnson and company. In Madden, he will be perhaps the most useful offensive lineman in the game.

1) Zack Martin – 99 OVR

Zack Martin is the sole offensive lineman in the exclusive 99 Club. He’s the best offensive lineman on the entire planet and has anchored an elite Dallas Cowboys offense for years. He’s in the middle of a contract dispute, but it’s one the Cowboys want to resolve quickly so they don’t lose out on the best offensive lineman and a perennial Pro Bowler in Madden.
