Bethesda Game Studios, the creators of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4, have created a massive RPG that spans the universe. It is called Starfield and it is filled with quests, factions, and more. With gameplay similar to that of Bethesda’s previous titles, many fans are excited to get their hands on the game.
You will join a group named Constellation, the last group of space explorers, and explore the galaxy to find rare artifacts. As you branch out into the unknown, what mysteries will you encounter? Be sure to visit every outpost along the way.
Starfield will be coming to multiple platforms such as PC and Xbox Series X/S. It is even available for pre-order where you might get early access. Is there Xbox exclusivity on this title or could it also be coming to Switch? Is Starfield coming to Nintendo Switch?
Will Starfield be on Nintendo Switch?
No. Starfield will not be coming to the Nintendo Switch console. Starfield is an Xbox console exclusive meaning it will only be available on Xbox and PC. This is unfortunate for those who are hoping to play the game on other platforms like PlayStation or Nintendo Switch.
The reason for this is due to Microsoft’s acquisition of ZeniMax Media and Bethesda. Because of this, the game will only be on Xbox and PC when it launches in September. There has also been no word about Starfield coming to other consoles in the future so it is unlikely that there will be additional releases of the game.
There are multiple editions of the game available for pre-order through the Microsoft Store such as the standard edition, premium edition, and constellation edition. Each version of the game will come with the base game as well as additional bonuses. Some of the bonuses include items like the Deep Mining Pack, a digital artbook, and the original soundtrack.
Don your spacesuit and ready your weapons as you go off to explore the galaxy in Starfield. You will encounter over 1,000 planets across the galaxy and even take place in thrilling space battles.
