When is MLB The Show 23 Double XP Weekend?

MLB The Show 23 has game modes that provide XP. XP is usually a big component of leveling up and getting better players, especially for Diamond Dynasty. Leveling up brings in more money, packs, and more, so it’s vital to continue moving forward. Unfortunately, getting a lot of XP can sometimes be tedious. 

However, there is one thing that can make a grind easier and that is a double XP weekend and that is just what MLB the Show likes to do. These are always welcome surprises and they always entice the community to play a lot. Fortunately, there are a lot of these weekends throughout the game’s shelf life. When is the next one?

When Does MLB The Show 23’s Double XP Weekend Start And End?

Unfortunately, players just missed the previous MLB The Show Double XP Weekend. It began on July 28 and ran through August 1. It ended at noon that day, so the current XP intake is completely normal. As of now, there’s no scheduled Double XP weekend. There were plenty in April and June as well. 

However, there will more than likely be another one very soon. Season 3, the current season for Diamond Dynasty, still has over 30 days remaining. It’s highly unlikely that Sony will let all that time pass without another XP bonus for their devoted player base. With that said, nothing has been confirmed as of the time of writing. 

The double XP that players earn on weekends can help them complete the season one reward path. This functions just like a battle pass for MLB the Show 23. Along the way, rewards and packs can be unlocked by fans. When these double XP days do come around, it’s vital to take advantage of them. They are the best way to quickly earn a lot of rewards. Most gamers will see their Dynasty teams improve dramatically over these weekends.
