It’s been a little bit quiet from AMD since the release of the RX 7900 XT/XTX GPUs at the back end of 2022 – so now we’re excited to jump into some details about the AMD RX 7600 price. Nvidia on the other hand have been working their way down the 40 series range, with the RTX 4060 Ti already launched. We’re excited to share some news about the RX 7600.
The arrival of the RX 7600 is exciting, as it provides a much needed budget GPU that is currently lacking on the market. There are more mid-range GPUs available, but the RX 7600 is definitely something for those of us on a tight budget to look forward to.
AMD RX 7600 price – how much is the RX 7600?
Following the drop of the review embargo for the RX 7600, we can confirm that the card is now priced at $269, which places it $30 below it’s rival, the RTX 4060.
An 8GB variant of the RX 7600 had already been spotted on shelves. The anonymous source claimed that a store in Asia was stocking the Sapphire Radeon RX 7600 PULSE graphics card. When it comes to the price, it was reported to be $249. Other sources claimed the card could even reach closer to $400, but it turns out that those high guesses were way off.
It’s reported that AMD cut the price down to undercut Nvidia’s 4060 family. This is backed up by Linus Tech Tips as well.
For comparison, the previous generation RX 6600 initially released at $329 – this was also an 8GB card. This means we’ve actually seen a $60 reduction in price, which is more than ideal – seeing that many GPUs these days are deemed fairly overpriced. We eagerly await any official word on the RX 7600 price.
Is the RX 7600 price similar to the RTX 4060 Ti?
The RX 7600 releases at a similar time to the RTX 4060 Ti. We expect the 4060 Ti to pack more power though, with even a 16GB model further down the line. With that in mind, we expect the RX 7600 price to be a sizeable cut under Nvidia’s option.
You should instead be comparing it to the RTX 4060 – which is arriving later on in July. Even so, the RX 7600 is cheaper than both of them, $30 under the RTX 4060 as previously mentioned. This makes the RX 7600 an appealing 1080p option on a budget.
Like we said earlier, many buyers have been asking for cheaper options, and AMD seem to be keen to provide the goods. We expect to draw more comparisons once the 7600 XT and base 4060 are released a little further into the future.

Is the RX 7600 an entry-level GPU?
