Epic Games has released over a thousand skins to Fortnite’s Item Shop so far. Most of these skins aren’t special and they return every few weeks. However, some cosmetic items are extremely rare and may never return to the video game.
The latest skin that came out is exclusive and won’t return to the Item Shop. Many rare Fortnite items haven’t been out for more than 4 years, and no one knows if they will ever return. FNCS Renegade, a new exclusive skin, will be available in the shop for only a few days.
This article will explain everything you need to know about the Fortnite skin and the reason why it won’t return.
This Fortnite skin will be very rare in a few years
Epic Games releases FNCS (Fortnite Championship Series) tournaments every season. Each season also has an FNCS-themed skin, and this time, the skin is named FNCS Renegade. It’s similar to Renegade Raider, one of the rarest skins of all time.
Fortnite players had a chance to unlock the FNCS Renegade skin for free by participating in a special tournament. The tournament was held on Monday, August 14, and thousands of players from all around the world received the exclusive skin.
Epic released the cosmetic item to the Fortnite Item Shop on Tuesday night and will keep it there for a few days. The Fortnite skin will be available until August 21 at 8 PM Eastern Time. After this, Epic Games will remove it from the Item Shop and it will never return, just like no other FNCS-themed skin has returned.
Not only will FNCS Renegade become very rare, but its accessories will as well. The Fortnite skin costs only 800 V-Bucks, which makes it the cheapest Item Shop skin, yet it looks great.
