Fortnite live events are a big reason why the video game has become so popular. The first such event was released in Chapter 1 – Season 4 and was mindblowing. Ever since then, Epic Games has stepped up its game, releasing numerous fantastic events throughout the years.
Unfortunately, Epic has slowed down with events lately. The last event was in December 2023, yet it was quite disappointing. The video game developer tried something different, allowing players to put the Chapter 4 island together. However, this turned out to be a failure.
This article will explain if there will be a Fortnite live event at the end of Chapter 4 – Season 3.
Fortnite will have a new event soon, but not a live event
UPDATE: The Fortnite event has gone live and will have multiple stages.
Epic Games released the v25.30 update on Tuesday, August 8. This is the last major update of Chapter 4 – Season 3, so it’s no surprise that it’s brought a lot of new content. Unfortunately, Epic hasn’t added any data regarding a potential Fortnite live event. Due to this, there won’t be an event at the end of the season.
It appears that Epic will keep releasing new chapters every year. While this may sound exciting, it also means that we’ll likely keep getting one live event per year. According to many reputable leakers, the next live event is scheduled for the end of Chapter 4, supposedly in late 2023.
The good news, however, is that Fortnite players will soon be able to witness another event. Instead of a live event, Epic Games will release an in-game event at The Apparatus. While the release date of the Fortnite event hasn’t been revealed yet, it’ll likely happen in the last two weeks of the season.
Chapter 5 seems to be in the works and could be released in either November or December. This means that Epic Games likely won’t release another Fortnite live event for at least three more months.
