Do you want to know the expected start time for Fortnite Season 5? Once again, it is that time of the Season. With your Ahsoka Tano Battle Pass complete, you may be eager for the new Season to begin.

Season 4 is one of the shortest seasons, so of course, players would believe Fortnite may be ending with all the controversies surrounding it. However, this is not the case, but we can expect a possible postponement. But follow this guide to find out the Fortnite Season 5 expected start time.

What is the expected start time for Fortnite Season 5?

Fortnite Season 5 is expected to start on November 3, 2023, at 2 am ET. According to the Fortnite Battle Pass, Fortnite Chapter 4 – Season 4 will run through to November 3. Typically, all Fortnite Season will begin on a Friday; however, you can expect downtime to follow.

These server downtimes can last about five hours or longer, so be prepared to wait it out. Additionally, Epic Games and Fortnite are known for postponing their updates. Though we have a confirmed release date for the upcoming Season, it is possible Fortnite may push the date back a week or two.

While the release date for Season 5 can be postponed, this does not mean Epic Games will not release the new Season. In an official email to all Epic Games employees, CEO and Founder Tim Sweeney stated the new Fortnite Season will be released on schedule.

While you may be excited for the upcoming Season, as it will introduce the Transformers Pack and Sparkle Skull skin, it will also have new changes. Epic Games will introduce a new V-Bucks price increase a week before Fortnite Season 5.

While, unfortunately, the prices of V-Bucks will increase by a dollar for a pack for 1,000 V-Bucks, the Battle Pass prices will likely remain the same.
