With Amazon Gaming Week live – and a certain RTX 4060 Ti GPU launching – we’re seeing a tonne of deals on the market’s leading graphics card options. The latest in a line of smoking hot deals is the XFX Speedster MERC319 RX 6800 XT – a GPU that far exceeds the RTX 4060 Ti in performance – and maybe in value too.

The normally $649 GPU is now 17% off at Amazon, slashing its price to a very appealing $539 while stocks last. Granted, this is far more expensive than the RTX 4060 Ti – around $100 more than AIB options – but when you factor in its performance in both 1440p and 4K gaming, it might sway you to take the plunge.

Save $110 on this RX 6800 XT Amazon Gaming Week deal

As part of Amazon’s Gaming Week, the RX 6800 XT is currently down to a very impressive $539 – making it one of the best 4K graphics card deals we’ve found so far.

If you’re still not sold, all you need to do is look at the price tracking over the last 2 years to see that its almost at its lowest price ever – on Amazon that is anyway. At around $100 more than a variety of RTX 4060 Ti AIBs, you’d have to say that this RX 6800 XT deal is incredibly appealing.

Why choose the RX 6800 XT over the 4060 Ti?

Despite many topline reviewers slating the performance of the new RTX 4060 Ti, we still think it showcases decent value for money – especially in the 1080p gaming realm. That said, if you are looking to purchase the 4060 Ti, why would you ever consider the RX 6800 XT?

Well, ordinarily you wouldn’t – but when a deal is this good, it pretty much forces your hand to look at it. Aftermarket RTX 4060 Ti GPUs will run you upwards $430 – and for that, you get very little – if any – potential in the 4K gaming space.

So, when you have a GPU that will run you around $100 more and produce far better performance in both 1440p and 4K gaming, it’s definitely worth considering.
