Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian Studios lets you choose your class, dive into the world of the Forgotten Realm, and choose your own fate. The game based on the world of Dungeons & Dragons is available in three different editions for fans to choose from.

While each edition of the game has its bonuses, the Base Game Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition don’t offer nearly as many perks as the Collector’s Edition. There’s plenty of cool merch and in-game content to enjoy, but is it worth the price tag?

Is Baldur’s Gate 3 Collector’s Edition worth it? If you’re having trouble making up your mind, we’re here to help you.

Is the Collector’s Edition of Baldur’s Gate 3 worth it?

You’re the only one who can decide whether you think Baldur’s Gate 3 Collector’s Edition is worth purchasing, but we would say it is for those of you who are really big fans. While the Collector’s Edition comes with a ton of collectibles and digital content, the price for it is very high, coming in at $269.99. This is two-hundred dollars more than the Base Game Edition! So it’s really a matter of whether you think that two-hundred dollars is a fair price for all the bonus content and merch.

The Digital Deluxe Edition also comes with in-game content, but you’ll be missing out on all the physical merchandise the Collector’s Edition comes with. It’s important to note that ordering the Collector’s Edition will also mean that you won’t see your collectibles delivered until August 31. Unless you ordered the PC version, in which the Steam code will be emailed to you, you’ll have to wait until your order arrives to begin playing the game.

What’s included in Baldur’s Gate 3 Collector’s Edition?

All of the following rewards are included with purchasing the Collector’s Edition of Baldur’s Gate 3:

As you can see, all of the digital content included in the Collector’s Edition is also in the Digital Deluxe Edition. If you’re only after digital content for the game, we’d recommend going with the Digital Deluxe Edition. However, if you love collectibles and physical merchandise, the Collector’s Edition is the only place you’ll find it.
