Diablo IV is packed to the brim with plenty of new features, new classes, and new demons to combat while you journey through the open world of Sanctuary. With plenty of new gameplay, you’re going to want to beef up your character as quickly as you can, and one way to do that is to activate the Altars of Lilith. Diablo 4 – Where are the Altars of Lilith in Fractured Peaks?
Fractured Peaks has 28 Altars of Lilith in total scattered across the region. Each one will have a set bonus and a set location, so once you find them you’ll have the same stat boosts as listed below:

You are free to find these Altars in any order, so don’t feel like you need to stick to this list. The reward will be the same whenever you find them, and whatever order you find them in.
The statues will also increase Renown in the Region Progress of the zone, and you will get +10 Renown for each Altar you activate. You’ll get an EXP bonus as well, so there are plenty of reasons to want to track all these down.
These bonus stats are permanent after the Altar has been activated, and you don’t need to revisit them to keep them active. Just interact with it when you find the Altar and you’ll be free to enjoy your sweet new stats.
