Diablo IV from Blizzard welcomes you back to hell to take on the demon Lilith and travel across the dangerous open world of Sanctuary.

While there are plenty of items, including ancient items, legendary items, and more, there is one type of item that is the rarest and most exclusive in the game; Uber Uniques.

We’ve got all of the Uber Uniques in Diablo IV right here for your convenience.

All Uber Uniques in Diablo 4

Diablo IV has six Uber Uniques that can be found in the game. These six items are:

• Doombringer Unique Sword
• The Grandfather Unique Two-Handed Sword
• Ring of Starless Skies Unique Ring
• Andariel’s Visage Unique Helm
• Harlequin Crest Unique Helm
• Melted Heart of Selig Unique Amulet

These six items are the rarest that can be found in the game, confirmed by a tweet from Adam Jackson, the Lead Class Designer for Diablo IV. They are the top items in the Diablo IV ranks and are incredibly rare drops. There are currently only six, but this is subject to change as the game receives more seasons and updates. If more are added, we will update this article.

Uber Uniques in Diablo 4

As is expected, these Uber Uniques are the rarest items that can be found in the game. They will not be easy to find at all, but if you’re searching for them they can be found anywhere you can find other Uniques, including Helltide Chests and Nightmare Dungeons. But, because their drop rate is so low, you will have to keep searching before you come across even one.

These Uber Unique items can also drop from level 85+ enemies if you’re really lucky, and they will always drop at 820 iPower. They will only be found in the endgame of Diablo IV, so if you’re still playing through the main quest, don’t expect to find these.

The Uber Uniques have incredible power that is the best in the game to combat the demons and monsters that inhabit Sanctuary. While they won’t be easy to find, the reward is worth it to get to equip them.
