The Orchestrion is not a new addition to Final Fantasy 16. This music box is in Final Fantasy XIV as well. Square Enix has showcased the Orchestrion in Final Fantasy 16 along with many other parts of the game.

Final Fantasy 16 – What is the Orchestrion?
The Orchestrion is a musical instrument placed in the Hideaway that plays background music. As you explore the Hideaway, you will hear whatever music you decide to put on. Think of this as a jukebox that players music throughout the realm.
You can get more tracks for the Orchestrion by obtaining Orchestrion Rolls. These items appeared in Final Fantasy XIV, so those who have played that game should be familiar with them.
Orchestrion Rolls in Final Fantasy XIV were hidden around the map in the inn rooms, sold by vendors and through scrip exchange, increasing your rank, obtained as quest rewards for completing side quests and main quests, and even given for completing achievements.
These items appeared throughout all the expansions including Heavensward, Shadowbringers, Endwalker, and Stormblood.
Although there is no information about where the Orchestrion Rolls will appear in Final Fantasy 16, we assume that they will be obtained in a similar way. You will most likely be able to obtain them from vendors, dungeons, and various locales.
Luckily, there shouldn’t be an online store that for you to purchase the Orchestrion Rolls from and they should be able to be obtained rather easily from main scenario quests. Keep an eye out for these items as you explore Valisthea and take on multiple bosses and Eikons.
