Do you want to take a knee in Madden NFL 24? EA Sports has been handling the franchise for a long time and has introduced many mechanics over the years. When you run the ball to the end zone, you can take a knee or even kneel during a play.

Fans of the game know that kneeling has its benefits. We aren’t talking about the kneeling that players do when there is a problem on the field like a knee injury. Whether it is shortly after kickoff or after the snap, kneeling has a benefit and it is called time management. Like spiking, it’s a great way to run out the clock.

Go in for the fair catch and try not to get tackled in the process. Switch players to adjust your play on the fly. Use all your tricks but make sure your play doesn’t result in a touchback. This guide will show you how to take a knee in Madden 24.

How to kneel in Madden 24

To kneel in Madden 24, all you need to do is go to your formations using L1 and R1 on PlayStation 5, or RL and RB on Xbox Series X/S. Under formations, go to the clock management section of special teams. Now use the left stick to find the QB kneel play.

These plays will allow you to start up a formation and then have the quarterback kneel with the ball just after the snap. Each of the game modes allows you to perform this play. Just be careful you don’t fumble the snap. Also, make sure to take as much time off the clock as possible before kneeling.

Kneeling with the ball is used for time management and to run the clock out on your opponents. As long as you have possession of the ball, you can perform this play. This is a play that has been in the Madden franchise for a while and can be used by any team whether you are playing as the Packers, Cowboys, Ravens, New York Jets, or even the Philadelphia Eagles.
