You are a member of the Rescue Corps in Pikmin 4. As such, you must explore the mysterious planet with the help of the Pikmin creatures and the rescue pup Oatchi. All over the planet, you will find various creatures and treasures.
In Pikmin 4, you are in search of Captain Olimar. Throughout the game, you must complete missions to progress through the campaign and find all of the castaways. Each cave you will find poses a challenge and some will even have massive bosses for you to fight.

All of these bosses are scattered about the areas of Pikmin 4. There are also various types of creatures such as Bulborbs. In previous games, there were bosses like the Vehemoth Phosbat, Plasm Wraith, and Spotty Bulbear.
