What’s the Campfire Chat for Patch 1.1.1 of Diablo 4 about?

The new Campfire Chat livestream will be discussing the latest changes being made in the next Diablo IV update, patch 1.1.1. After receiving a huge amount of negative feedback for the previous patch, this latest patch should undo some of the damage. The livestream will be hosted by Game Director Joe Shely, Associate Game Director Joseph Piepiora, Lead Class Designer Adam Jackson, and Associate Director of Community Adam Fletcher.

Class balance changes will be discussed, especially for Sorcerers who many feel were made unplayable with the nerfs in patch 1.1, the additional stash tab that’s coming, various quality-of-life updates, and a Q&A session hosted at the end of the stream. Patch Notes will be released following the Campfire Chat’s conclusion.

The development team wants to assure fans that they’ve heard all the player feedback and understand their frustration. Powerful builds were nerfed considerably, making the endgame substantially more difficult, including Helltides, Nightmare Dungeons, and higher World Tiers. There are also crashes and bugs that occurred at the launch of the first season, which will also be discussed.
