genshin eula4

In order to make Eula stronger, you’ll need to upgrade her talents. The materials you will need are as follows:

  • Damaged Mask
  • Stained Mask
  • Ominous Mask
  • Teachings of Resistance
  • Guide to Resistance
  • Philosophies of Resistance
  • Dragon Lord’s Crown

The Teachings, Guide and Philosophies of Resistance can be obtained by completing the Domain of Mastery: Frozen Abyss every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Meanwhile, the Dragon Lord’s Crown is a potential drop from the Weekly Boss Azhdaha.

As for her talents themselves, it is recommended that you prioritize leveling up her Elemental Burst, as this is how you’ll be doing the most damage. This is one of the best Genshin Impact Eula tipsThen you can focus on either her Normal Attacks or Elemental Skill.

Best Genshin Impact Eula builds

If you’re going to use her in your squad, you may aswell get the lowdown on the best Genshin Impact ula builds to make her effecient for the tasks you want to complete.

Eula’s best weapons

Eula benefits from most Claymores, especially the 5-star ones if you have any.

  • Song of Broken Pines  (5*)
  • Wolf’s Gravestone (5*)
  • Serpent Spine (4*)
  • Luxurious Sea-Lord (4*)
  • Snow-Tombed Starsilver (4*)

Both Song of Broken Pines and Wolf’s Gravestone are Eula’s BiS. Song of Broken Pines is a great way of increasing her overall Physical DMG Bonus, whilst also giving her plenty of ATK. Song of Broken Pines’ passive also stacks nicely with Eula’s moveset, so you’ll be getting the most out of this Claymore if you equip it to her. Likewise, Wolf’s Gravestone gives Eula a massive amount of ATK for more consistent DMG. This is the best Eula tip we can give you, as they are easily the best weapons for a Eula build.

Serpent Spine, which can be acquired on the Battle Pass, is another great option for Eula. It gives a good amount of ATK and generally stacks pretty nicely. Luxurious Sea-Lord is a great F2P option and can deal a lot of DMG at high Refinement. It’s particularly good for her Elemental Burst, which is how you’ll be getting the most damage out of your Eula. Snow-Tombed Starsilver is another great F2P weapon which will give her a hefty Physical DMG Bonus. All in all, you have plenty of choice to make a great Genshin Impact Eula build.

Eula’s best artifacts

Eula has a couple of different options Artifact-wise. 4-Piece Pale Flame was made for her (literally) so this is generally the best option for her since it pairs well with her Grimheart stacking. You can also use 2-Piece Bloodstained Chivalry and 2-Piece Pale Flame to give her a huge amount of Physical DMG Bonus – this combination works particularly well if you don’t have Song of Broken Pines, as you’ll still be getting an extra amount of Physical DMG Bonus. This is one of the reasons why we recommnd this as one of Eula’s best weapons.

For low-level players, 2-Piece Berserker and 2-Piece Martial Artist works well on her until you’re able to get higher level Artifacts.

For your Artifact main stats, you will want to run:

  • ATK% Sands
  • Physical DMG Bonus Goblet
  • CRIT DMG/Rate Circlet

In terms of Artifact substats, you’ll want to focus on ATK%, Energy Recharge and both CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate – Eula’s a pretty standard DPS to build.

How To Use Eula

genshin eula1

On tap, Eula’s Elemental Skill, Icetide Vortex, deals Cryo DMG. When it hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to 2 times. These stacks can only be gained once every 0.3s. On hold, Eula consumes all the stacks of Grimheart and deals AoE Cryo DMG to opponents in front of her. If Grimheart stacks are consumed, surrounding opponents will have their Physical RES and Cryo RES decreased. Each consumed stack of Grimheart will be converted into and Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo DMG to nearby opponents.

Her Elemental Burst, Glacial Illumination, deals Cryo DMG to the nearby opponent and creates a Lightfall Sword that followers her around for a duration of up to 7s. While present, the Lightfall Sword increases Eula’s resistance to interruption. When Eula’s own Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst deal DMG to opponents, they will charge the Lightfall Sword, which can gain an energy stack once every 0.1s. Once its duration ends, the Lightfall sword will descend and explode violently, dealing Physical DMG to nearby opponents. If Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will explode immediately.

Eula is a DPS that thrives when on-field for as long as possible. The main source of her overall DMG is her Elemental Burst, which scales immensely and can deal tonnes of Physical DMG. Her Burst is at the centre of her move set, so you’ll want to pair her with characters who’ll help to maximize her Burst’s DMG. Pairing her with and Electro character is a must, as they’ll be able to set up Superconduct reactions that’ll decrease your opponents’ Physical RES; Fischl or Raiden Shogun are great options since they can trigger Superconduct while off-field. Diona also works well on a Eula team, since she’ll be able to provide heals, shields and Cryo Resonance. For your final slot you have a little flexibility. Bennet can be great since he’ll be able to buff Eula’s DMG with his Burst (so long as you don’t have his C6 activated, as this will override her Physical DMG with Pyro, effectively debuffing her.) You can also use an Anemo support such as Sucrose or Kazuha to help gather enemies together.

One of the last Genshin Impact Eula tips we have for you is to use a few specific rotations which will maximize her DMG output. You’ll always want to use your Electro character to apply Electro to your enemies, then follow up with Eula, using a combination of her Normal Attacks and tapping her Elemental Skill until you have 2 stacks of Grimheart. Then you’ll want to hold her Elemental Skill to use up your Grimheart stacks and deal big DMG. When her Burst is ready, tap her Elemental Skill once, then use her Elemental Burst, followed by holding her Skill; this is because Eula’s Burst automatically grants her a stack of Grimheart and resets her Skill’s cooldown, so right away you’ll be able to use her Skill with the maximum Grimheart stacks. Then you’ll want to keep on auto-attacking until her Burst’s Lightfall Sword descends to deal massive Physical DMG. This is one of the best Genshin Impact Eula tips we can offer to make her feel like a great claymore character.

Lastly, we want to mention there were some great Eula rewards for her brithday. Expect get more rewards for Eula around October 25 2022.
