LG C3 OLED TV hits near record low price on Amazon
According to price tracking site CamelCamelCamel, the current $828.35 price tag is one of the lowest yet, dropping as low as $826.99 recently compared to the $1,196.99 list price. This is great for anyone interested in upgrading to OLED for what many regard to be the best gaming and content consumption experience.
The 42-inch model in particular is popular with PC gamers looking for a large 4K OLED that is not too overwhelming (just about) in a desktop setting. However, with Samsung and Alienware among the top brands releasing OLED gaming monitors this year, competition is fierce.
Should I buy LG C3 OLED or wait for LG C4?
OLED TVs offer crisp visual quality alongside excellent color accuracy and contrast thanks to the per-pixel lighting. Both the LG C3 and LG C4 OLED TVs are some of the best, with LG offering a bunch of generational improvements. Given the price drops for the C3, we think that it is well worth picking up if you want to save some cash, but the C4 does offer bonuses such as a higher 144Hz refresh rate.
