We’ve seen one Reddit user by the name of gutster_95 asking that Counter Strike 2 facilitate a rank reset, as they are stuck on higher ranks achieved in their peak and getting destroyed by better players. “I cant keep up with all those MM pros, I go every round negative, I literally make my team 4v5 most of the time.” Says gutster_95.
So, will Valve Reset your rank when Counter-Strike 2 launches? Well, rank resets have happened before. So it wouldn’t be too out there to assume that a whole new game engine would facilitate a reset in competitive ranks.
