Diablo IV from Blizzard to filled to the brim with ways to power up your character as you journey across the open world of Sanctuary.

From having the best builds for any character, be it Necromancer, Druid, Barbarian, Sorcerer, or Rogue, to having the best gear and best weapons possible, you’ll be unstoppable if you put in the time.

One of the best pieces of gear is the Harlequin Crest helm, and if you need to know where to find it, we’re here to help.

Diablo 4 – Where to find the Harlequin Crest

The Harlequin Crest is an Uber Unique Helm that can only be found once you are level 85 and over, randomly from drops or inside chests. The Harlequin Crest is one of the rarest items you can gain in the game, among the five other Uber Uniques that can spawn randomly on World Tier 4: Torment.

This means that this helm will not be easy to find under any circumstances. The item has a drop rate of under 1%, so you’re definitely going to have to do some grinding to get it.

The best places to hunt for the Harlequin Crest are going to be:

  • Helltide Events
  • Nightmare Dungeons

These are the most likely spots to generate Uniques, and with that comes the chance to drop the fabled Harlequin Crest.

Harlequin Crest Helm in Diablo 4

The Harlequin Crest, often called Shako, is a Unique helm in Diablo IV that is part of the six Uber Unique items, the rarest that can be found in the game as a random drop only.

It has 820 item power and 1025 armor, plus +1000 maximum life and bonuses including a 9.6% cooldown reduction and +20 to all stats, among other great stats. This helm is one of the most sought-after in-game due to its rarity and strength.

The best chance to get the Harlequin Crest is to keep farming the high-level areas like Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons on the highest World Tiers. While it will be very difficult to get your hands on, the reward is well worth it.
