Part of the fun of the latest title in the NBA 2K series is creating your own basketball player to rise to the top of the league with. You can choose everything about their appearance, down to the tattoos you have.
Whether you’re a center, forward, or point guard, it’s impossible to hide how you look in the league. If you don’t like your looks, you can always go back and edit them, although this can be difficult if you’re a new player and you don’t know where to look.

How to edit your MyPlayer in NBA 2K24
To edit your MyPlayer appearance, do this:
- Go to the MyCareer menu
- Go to MyPlayer
- Choose Appearance
From here, you’ll be able to edit many attributes like facial features, banners, logos, facial hair, uniform, player number, player name, and others. You can even use face scan to directly import faces into the game.
These changes will affect how your player looks in MyCareer, MyNBA, Play Now, and various multiplayer modes. You can make the lineup for the draft look very different depending on what you edit your player to look like. They do not change the gameplay or make your MyPLAYER better
If you want to change clothes, you’ll need to head to The City and edit your City gear, the Rec Center to change your rec clothes, On Court Accessories to change the accessories for the NBA games in MyCareer, and Suits for the MyCareer storyline mode. This will let you edit your outfit for each part of the game, so you can look your best.
Can you edit height and position in NBA 2K24?
No, certain attributes including height, position, wingspan, and weight cannot be changed once they’ve been selected. While the majority of your appearance can be completely altered because it doesn’t affect gameplay, these attributes do, so they can’t be changed.
