During the Red Tapes Blues side quest, Trevor Pettyarre will request that you apply to the Deimos Staryard office for the Executive Assistant position. In this mission, you’ll help Trevor request new equipment approved by the Deimos mining executive.

To apply for the executive assistant position, you must travel to Deimos, the Moon of Mars within the Sol System. Once here, go to the Deimos Sales Computer kiosk and select Job Posting: Executive Assistant. You can follow the answers above; however, your answers will not matter. Later in the quest, you must delete the other candidate applications. However, after you apply, you must hack into Tia’s computer and delete the other candidates’ applications. You can do this after she leaves the office.
