Where are ship parts for repairing your ship in Starfield?

Ship parts are specific items similar to med kits in Starfield, and they can be found at vendors when making purchases. However, you can also salvage them from destroyed ships, as well. It’s up to you whether you want to buy ship parts or loot them from enemy ships.

There are several stores that carry ship parts in the various cities in the game, including:

  • Jemison Mercantile in New Atlantis

These places will all sell ship parts to you under the Aid tab.

How to use ship parts to repair ship in Starfield

Once you’ve got ship parts, all you need to do to use them is be piloting your ship and press the right thumbstick on the controller to use the ship parts to repair your ship’s hull. You can also be in the Ship Menu, and on the right side of the screen, you’ll see a prompt to repair the ship. Either way works.

If you’ve run out of ship parts in your inventory, you can also go to any ship services technician, and they can repair the entire ship for 1,000 credits. This price remains consistent for all technicians and all ships, so whether your hull’s damage is light or heavy, you’ll still be paying that amount.

Once your ship is repaired, you’ll be ready to board and head out into the stars once again.
