Have you been struggling to find Dammon in Baldur’s Gate 3? Some companions within Baldur’s Gate 3 can’t be healed the conventional way and will need some unique items to survive. However, finding the right person to heal your companion can be slightly tricky, especially when you need to fix Karlach’s infernal engine in Baldur’s Gate III.

There are plenty of companions within Baldur’s Gate that can be romanced. However, before attempting that, you’ll first need to go on a few quests and spend some time together during the long rest. But first, follow this guide to find out where you can find Dammon in Baldur’s Gate 3. 

How to find Dammon in Baldur’s Gate 3

There are two places you can find Dammon’s location in Baldur’s Gate 3. The first place you can find Dammon is within the Emerald Grove section of the Druid Grove, in The Hollow, during the battle with the Goblin Camp. Once in The Hollow, at this location X: 178 Y:563, you can find Dammon near a blue tent crafting weapons. and you will meet various Tiefling refugees.

You can find the infernal mechanic in the Last Light Inn in the second area as you make your way to the Moonrise Tower. Dammon can be located within the last building in the campsite to the south. If you missed him before, you will also find the Strange Ox in one of the stalls.

Why do you need to find Dammon in Baldur’s Gate 3?

You’ll also need Dammon’s assistance to repair Karlach’s heart. Players will need to find infernal iron to fix Karlach’s heart engine. Being on the lookout for Dammon will be no coincidence, as this will be part of The Hellion’s Heart quest. Dammon is an NPC merchant smithy Tiefling and easy to miss if you don’t know what you’re looking out for. However, he’ll need a few items before he can do any further repairs.

Note: Once inside the Grove, ensure you have spoken to Dammon because he will leave for the city of Baldur’s Gate once the battle ends. However, don’t worry if you cannot find him; if you follow the Underdark route, he will be in the Last Light Inn.
