When is The Serpent Rogue release date?

Team17 Digital and Sengi Games have announced that The Serpent Rogue will be available on April 26th, 2022, across PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. In the meantime, you can download a demo of The Serpent Rogue from Steam for free to get a taste of what is to come.

What is The Serpent Rogue?

The Serpent Rogue is a mysterious evil force threatening to tear apart Mount Morbus. You play as The Warden, an adorable-yet-haunting Plague Doctor alchemist, tasked with restoring balance to the region.

Alchemy is the main theme of The Serpent Rogue, and you, as The Warden, must collect and research ingredients and mix and craft a variety of potions in your efforts to restore balance to Mount Morbus. Meanwhile, everything you choose to do – or not do – has a direct effect on the environment. For example, leave too many items scattered on the ground and you’ll attract rodents. Worse still, leave too many bodies unburied and you’ll attract ghouls. The cause and effect feature of The Serpent Rogue leaves the player in the unique position to decide whether you want to be a hero or a villain.
